Entrepreneur’s Business Start-Ups Magazine Features ViewSource Media CEO

(Cincinnati, OH -- May 22, 2000) -- Entrepreneur’s Business Start-Ups, a national monthly magazine with a circulation of 246,000, featured ViewSource Media Founder and CEO John C. Harris its June 2000 issue. The magazine interviewed Harris for its “Guts” column, which focuses on how entrepreneurs can surmount the challenges of starting and running their own businesses.

Harris was selected for the column because of ViewSource’s 400 percent annual growth in revenue and staff since its founding in 1996 -- an impressive achievement for anyone, but especially so for an entrepreneur with a congenital bone disorder. “If anyone has a reason to think like a victim, it’s John Harris,” the column stated. “But don’t think for a second that he does.”

Harris offered a number of observations in the column. “If being an entrepreneur were easy, everyone would do it,” he said. He also noted, “My obstacles are just speed bumps on my road to success.”
