May 23, 2001 - Following the death of company founder John Harris, the

company.
Harris died March 31 of complications from pneumonia. He willed the company to
his family, which sold 75 percent of its shares to the employees of ViewSource.
Additionally, a new management team has been named to lead the Cincinnati-based
integrated marketing communications firm. Phillip Russell was named CEO and
member of the board of directors; Kierstin Robbins was appointed president, CFO
and board member; and Gary Sanders takes the roles of COO, art director and

"Our clients will be glad to know the same people who've been serving their

concerned about an unfamiliar person -- or another organization -- changing the
way they like their work handled."
