Rob Bunting Joins ViewSource Media as Director of eMarketing Strategy

August 15 2002 - ViewSource Media (www.viewsource.com ), a Cincinnati, Ohio based web site design and online marketing firm, has hired Rob Bunting as Director of eMarketing Strategy. Bunting will be responsible for developing effective online marketing programs for the wide variety of ViewSource clients, which include Brookdale Living Communities (www.brookdaleliving.com), Magnode (www.magnode.com) & Hinkle Manufacturing (www.hinklemfg.com)

Bunting has over four years of experience in the online marketing field, having worked at Bid.com, a major online consumer auction site, and PlanetFeedback (www.planetfeedback.com), the leading consumer feedback site on the Internet. In both positions, Bunting was responsible for developing and implementing strategies to generate traffic to the websites and was very successful in doing so. During Bunting’s tenure at Bid.com, their registered user base rose from 1,000 to over 200,000 and at PlanetFeedback registered users grew from 3,000 to over 300,000. Bunting is also the Co-Founder and President of Cincimarketing, a networking group of over 90 members that meets monthly to discuss eMarketing topics, trends and best practices.

At ViewSource, Bunting will apply his eMarketing knowledge to work with clients wanting to get more traffic to and more sales or leads out of their websites. The owners of these sites are not sure what to do next, and that’s where ViewSource can help. Bunting holds an MBA from the University of South Florida with concentrations in Marketing and Entrepreneurship and graduated Cum Laude from Florida State University with a bachelor's degree in Management.
