Besides extending the WGUC brand online, the goal was to generate support
dollars via the Web site through online memberships and weekly giveaway
promotions. This site set a national record for generating online memberships
using personalized dynamic forms that respond to online user input. Online
visitors repeatedly return to www.wguc.org for the current daily playlists,
Cincinnati events spotlights and ongoing promotions.
WGUC wanted a Web site that suited its "upscale" classical music audience.
Given the frequency of content additions and changes, WGUC also needed the
ability to update the site without adding skilled Web staff members. ViewSource
Media built an administrative interface to allow internal personnel to make
changes on the site with no previous knowledge of HTML or programming. Updates
are easily made to the site, maintaining the look and feel of the overall
design.
